Our Return Policy At BEAUTYWAL, we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit. We are pleased to offer a 30-Day Return Policy on all eligible items. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, please note the following conditions:

  • Unopened Items: We offer a full refund for products that are returned in their original, unopened, and sealed condition.

  • Authenticity Concerns: In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the authenticity or quality of your product, we will accept the return (even if opened) under our Authenticity Promise guarantee.

  • Change of Mind: If you have simply changed your mind, the item must be returned in its original resaleable condition (including cellophane and box) to qualify for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for any errors on our part.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Approval: We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and mail it to the address provided.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures your desired product doesn't go out of stock while your return is in transit.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as distinct personal care goods (e.g., opened cosmetics that have been significantly used) or hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids/aerosols if not in original ground-shipping packaging).
