Refund policy
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 10 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
